Re: what to do is the dual gets cancelled?
Today will be the first published statistics of Americans tested for the virus and those results, including deaths and full recoveries. Every person's biological makeup is different and this virus affects everyone differently. Some will have mild to no symptoms and be positive (carrier) of the virus. Others will have moderate to severe (life-threatening) symptoms. We'll get to see exactly how this virus is progressing in the US and can forecast better once 7-10 days of hard data comes available.
The tough part is the unknown. There will be thousands that are positive for the virus but never get tested as they've self-healed and are not reported. The numbers will ALWAYS be on the low end, but as DW said, "Flattening the curve" is the objective and very important to stop/slow the spread of this virus. It is very likely you will know someone personally, have a family member or yourself be diagnosed with CV.
With an incubation period of 4 days and being airborne, that is a very large window and why this virus is so contagious.
