To Yooo- I understand that side of it. Steele Lewis proved you can get a 52/300 to come off the bat at 114+ still. The ball though hurts significantly less in comparison to a Classic M, and does not sustain velocity in the same way. Hence why you can hit them much further.
Would also like to add that bat testing should be made mandatory at every USSSA event. Adjusting bat rules does help, but outside of the conference there is hardly any bat testing going on. What's the point of the rule if it's never enforced?
