You acknowledged that USSSA has incorporated the ideas you have been repeatedly posting in this thread and others that need to be implemented.
I would argue that they are focused on growing the local games. Hence, multiple E and D worlds which at least in the West rotate locations. I have heard rumor that C might also begin to have multiple worlds so that local teams do not need to incur the cost of travelling across country. Also, there have been a number of local directors with long histories of improperly classifying players that have been removed or replaced.
I agree they need to find in which to improve pitcher safety especially at lower levels where players do not have control over where they are hitting the ball and testing of bats is essentially does not exist.
While sanding the stamps off bats may help at conference events, this does nothing for local tournaments that do not test or even examine bats. Additionally, these bats are still allowed to be used for home run derbies and outlaw leagues.
