I have to say I can't remember conference teams complaining about Major teams. They do complain about not being able to add a player when they are already the top team in their division and they do try everything they can to max out their roster and still play down.

Many also complain about other teams in their class by saying those teams should be higher.

But conference teams pretty much never complain about major teams.

The Major teams keep most of the elite players out of their world, which is what they want.
