2019 All Conference Awards:
One of the off season team building tools is the roster points. In season the roster points are only used as a maximum. ROSTER POINTS ARE NEVER used as the sole tool to rate teams. Other tools used are the number of higher level players on the roster, the players roster history and performance offensively and defensively, the teams performance and record, and the teams recent performance after making roster changes. All roster changes trigger a new review of all of this criteria. A zero point team could easily be rated 'AA' if they have too many 'AA' players on their roster.
Remember the lists are currently used to rate players playing in the 'AA' and below divisions as Major teams have unlimited roster points.
Major List Players are 1.25 Roster Points
Major Watch List Players are 0.75 Roster Points
'AA' teams can have a maximum of 9.0 Roster Points and 11.0 total season cap.
'A' teams can have a maximum of 3.5 Roster Points
'B' teams can have a maximum of 1.5 Roster Points
