Just looking at GSL B Worlds coming up and noticed Fish Head is now a B team. They were 3rd in GSL A worlds last year as an A team and have 8 returning players from that team and picked up 2 new A players, so they basically have 10 A players. How is this possible? 7 of the 8 guys from last years team who had an A PRV are now B Elite. This is the kind of thing that makes you wonder who is making these decisions. It's no wonder the upper program is so hard to build when teams are allowed to blatantly sandbag. Does a state director make this decision or the NCC?
