DW, I get what you are saying but the "foul in basketball" is a HORRIBLE analogy. Those are judgment calls unless it is flagrant. Saying "####" is a black and white issue with ZERO judgment. However, you saved it with the great analogy of the "speeding ticket" LOL. And I don't care about it being fair or unfair, I mean is the Conference really "fair" to all the 'A' and 'B' teams if you ask ole Millette? I just feel if it is going to be stressed and repeated, then it needs to be addressed. And it doesn't even have to be an ejection, but when a player says f*#k or GD, maybe wait until in between innings so they cool off a bit and go over and let them know it was too loud and if it happens again they will be removed from the game. If there is any response other than an "ok" or "yes sir" or "10-4", SEE YA!! Pretty simple if you ask me.
