When it comes to the game, yes we still enforce the language code. And remember just because you did or didn't hear it doesn't mean that the umpires did or did not. There are many moving parts to a game and many tasks that umpires must complete. Keeping score, counting home runs, counting bats, stating score for the livestream, get a drink of water, manage players and coaches are examples of some of them. Language not directed at them can fall under the "white noise" realm.
Biggest issues right now are:
1) More than the prescribed amount of players or coaches outside of the dugout and in the field of play
2) Balls not returning to the field of play when hit over fences or out of play.
3) Use of profane language
4) Teams not being prepared to play 30 minutes ahead of game time.
* I know there are others, but these are the things we deal with weekend after weekend
