The FIB words or terms really don't matter, they are a trademark issue not patent. The patent will look at the construction and terms used to describe the construction. Back when Ray sued Larry McNeely it was lost due to description of the gap between walls. Demarini patent used the terms small gap and then used tolerances and McNeely used large gap and tolerances. Judge ruled in favor of McNeely.
