Precisions pitcher was hit with a line drive in the head in Cincinnati.
Even TG in Chicago last years pitcher was hit in the foot.
Classic Glass got the points of the last place conference team in St Louis when they forfeited Sunday morning.
Premier was not penalized for their forfeit in St Louis after playing a game or two.
If you go back past 2018 all of those games were under completely different conference leadership.
What is right what is wrong is going to be very different depending on who you are. No one is asking anyone to put money in to change flights.
What was said by the directors at the field I have no idea. The standard line since the days of Rick Robertson is if you forfeit you get last place. If you end up with something other than zero you should count yourself lucky and probably depended on the situation as far as weather or the time on Sunday, or an actual injury.
There are different types of forfeits. Actual injuries, no shows, fake injuries, getting kicked out for real, faking a swear word. As silly as this sounds its kindof complicated and isn't easy to deal with as you can see by the number of posts with differing opinions.
Its a messed up sport we play at the upper level. An association that loses money putting on conference events having to police sponsors that lose money getting to and from the events. In no way is any decision ever going to be deemed fair by all sides.
