I teach at a private school with fewer restrictions. Any suggestions regarding music sources?

I just talked with my basketball coach the other day. It was quite restrictive. There is a section for "bands at basketball games." Pretty much time outs and between games, but in our case, we have a teeny gym, and timeouts may be questionable. Also limits to 30 players I think, and cannot sit behind visitor stands.
