UIL PML Question

I am in search of a PML piece for UIL that features bassoon and another that would work if I have a strong clarinet and low brass section. Preferably a grade 3 or 4. Thanks in advance.

I concur on Alligator Alley....the composer wrote it for his daughter who was an awesome bassoonist and only a freshman in high school in I recall the story correctly!

Four Scottish Dances - do two movements for a Grade 3 and three for a Grade 4.
