UIL accommodations

I have a percussion student that is completely blind. He can do basic rhythm things but excels in melodic parts (he also has perfect pitch). However, he has been having issues with finding the exact distance from bar to bar. Is it against UIL rules for me to have him learn a Bell/mallet part and possibly play it on a piano?

You can pretty much do what you need to do that's in the best interest of your student(s). I have used this in the past for physically handicapped students, as well as others who have a large array of 504 mods...
