What to do about old uniforms?

We're looking at getting new marching uniforms. What's the typical process for removing the old ones?

Talk to your district admin. Different places do things differently. When we got new uniforms, we had to surplus the old ones. They then went onto an auction site. Somebody bought them and put them up for sale to old band members.

That's a your district question. For example in my district we turn them over to the "warehouse". The district then "disposes" of asset.
