What’s your go to music for drill team? Medium difficulty and lower would be great.

I do it the hard way.
I go through JWPepper and set the filter to ME/E and I sift through the whole list. I look for major pop, hiphop, or dance hits or iconic rock songs. I look at the score with my ensemble in mind and pick a list of around 10 songs. I will also include a few we’ve done in the past (longer than 4 years ago so the kids don’t dance the same song twice). Then I send her the list, and have her and her officers pick 4 they want to dance to.
I started doing it this way after my first year when the old drill team sponsor picked 3 APC pieces for kick tunes. We’re a small band and APC tunes are categorically not designed for our level.
It’s a lot of work, but both the band and drill team have been WAY happier and more successful.

All of the Big and Easy series...except they do get really repititive tempo wise, sometimes I have to branch out to find a kick or military dance.
Mind you, we're a 3A, and I'm trying to teach my dance tunes in as little time as possible. We usually have one early season dance tune that is a little more difficult, and it's usually something that will stick in the stand tunes folder all season.
6A Director - I send the Drill Team instructor a link to the Hal Leonard site with the filter set to M and ME.
She picks the 4-5 she wants. Sometimes we already have them, if not, I order them. We learn all the tunes in Summer Band and play them in the stands when it's not their week.
She usually picks cooler music than I could. The kids like them too. Drill Team also has different choreo/motion in the stands now, as well.
