After being an assistant for many years, I am finally tossing my hat in the ring for HD jobs. I have my first interview coming up next week for a ms gig. What are some questions that I can expect as a HD candidate that I would not have experienced as an assistant? What type of questions would you want to ask your interviewer? Thanks in advance.

I think ,most questions asked would be your typical for most positions. I would be prepared to ask questions about the program if not already covered…..do you do sectionals, do the athletics and fine arts staff work well together, what are required/expected events, what are expectations……
