Tuba Rotors

I have a 4 valve rotary tuba and two of the rotors are not level with the others. Is this something that I can easily fix myself? I would like to save the repair fee if I can. I have looked on the internet but I did not find anything helpful. Can someone guide me in the right direction?

Are they strung rotors or mechanism rotors?

They are mechanism. Does that mean I need to take out the rotor and adjust from there?

No. There’s probably an adjustment you can make on the back of the mechanisms - a threaded screw that if you detach from the valve makes the lever “longer” or “shorter” - start there.

You *never* need to fully disassemble a rotor valve to adjust it unless something has gone wrong with how it directs air.
