Looking for suggestions for a UIL bass clarinet solo. Probably a class 2 for a good player who has never done any individual performances before. Thanks in advance

Get the Book, Concert and Contest Collection for Bass Clarinet. All 14 solos in it are on the Class 2 list. My favorite is Romance and Troika - Gliere/Hummel
Other suggestions: Andante and Bourree - Handel/Ayers Largo and Bourree - Handel/Merriman The Buffoon - Koepke
