I'm looking for something to feature the best tuba section ever. Maybe a march (Them Basses, Tubas on the Rampage), but also a concert piece, such as Toccata Marziale (great tuba part).

Any suggestions?

Tuba Tiger Rag, did it with 8tubas audience and kids loved it. Crane HS may still have it.

My community band once had the tuba section perform the piccolo solo in Stars and Stripes Forever - the picc player acted like they were about to play, the tubas came up, stood directly in front of the flutes, and played it in unison.

In the early 70s West Texas A&M was an invited group at TMEA. They gave a tight performance of Rocky Point Holiday which isn’t tuba centric, but they also put forward a tuba soloist who performed a rendition of flight of the bumblebee. Another possibility is the theme from the Green Hornet, which is a variation on FotBB. That could probably be performed by the section in unison.

The Barnes arrangement of Wizard of Oz has a great tuba moment.

I've seen Buglers Holiday successfully played with three tuba players before too.
