Let's Get Physical? Ur Wallet?

So can school districts require a physical? Can they require a credit check?

I thought these requirements were a thing of the past!!

Part of the insurance coverage could be requiring the physical as well.

Employers regularly require credit checks.

A district that requires you to have a CDL can absolutely require you to pass a physical.

The district doesn't have to require the physical for the CDL on their own...that comes required by the state in order to get the CDL.
