Who all does UIL pay at the area and state marching band contests?

Judges, and indirectly, the region/area chairs and contest organizers (since there's a salary/stipend involved in those positions), I would imagine.

Head host
Assistant director hosts
Clock keeper
Announcer
Tabulator
Boosters
Cut from tshirts
Check to District: pays Custodial, Maintenance, Security

Pretty sure there is a sizable rental fee for the venue.

For state there is. But I've also heard it's the most profitable State event in UIL as well.
