Find a local repair shop and either donate them or ask for a small donation to your band in exchange for them. Older parts are hard to find today. For that matter, so are new parts. Just as we have sen with auto parts, there are barely enough made to meet production demands, spare parts of any kind are in very short supply.

Make lamps out of them.
You can get lamp shades made with your Band Show shirt.
It was a huge fundraiser for the Band. We auctioned them off at the Band Banquet at the end of the year and made some good money.

A few years ago I sold a bunch to a refurbisher (Repeat Performance). I was able to get a little bit of money for them, and he came to pick them up. It was an easy process and I was able to do some trades with him as well for some horns I needed.

If they're all brass take them to a metal collector.

They're still worth more sold as horns than sold as scrap.

Where do you think TGI Friday's gets all their junk horns to put on the walls?
