I've searched and cannot find an errata for Sea Songs by Vaughan Williams.
Specifically the Bari sax part at measure 66 thru 70.
The Bari part seems to follow the tuba part nearly verbatim until 67 when it seems to be missing a measure of accompanying 8th notes. The Bari part suddenly cadences.
Is this a mistake/misprint?

Yeah, use the tenor cues to fill m. 67 and push what is 67 to 68 so that it doubles the tuba. Same line as in bassoon 2, so I think this is a safe bet.
