Hey YB Folks! I was looking for some ways to add variety to my concert march ~ Trombone King by King/Paynter.
What suggestions do you all have that have worked for your ensembles? I was thinking a few less instrument groups on the 2nd strain since it is softer.
I would greatly appreciate any suggestions you all have. Thank you and have a golden day!

Try some of these:
1 coloring the strains by leaving out some instruments the 1st time and adding them the 2nd time
2 reverse the dynamics the 1st time and 2nd time so you feature different instrument colors each time
3 could scale down the numbers of people playing on the softer time thru-example, maybe just 1 on a part and then add all when it's the louder dynamic time thru
