I'd love your advice. We have been using binders for years in MS band. Unfortunately no matter the quality of the binder, they continually fall apart. I'm sure it's from the kids cramming them in backpacks, dropping them etc. It feels like nearly every day we are having to put at least one back together and it's driving me crazy.
How are other MS directors out there having kids keep all of their band music organized for class?

Use floppy binders instead of hard binders.
They're surprisingly more durable/more forgiving to abuse.

We use Business Source brand binders. They are relatively cheap and for most kids will last the whole year. Some of my more responsible kids will keep the same one for several years.
