For my colleagues in a more rural setting how do you get instruction for your color guard? Is it a paid position, no instructor, paid thru budget, para position, booster funded? What are most people doing?

I'm at a 3A about an hour's drive from the closest metro area. I paid a local 6A colorguard director a flat fee to design and video the work. I also hired a college student who was colorguard captain at her HS to come out and use the video work to teach my CG students during summer band rehearsals, to come out once a week for our evening rehearsal, and to come to our marching contests. All of this was paid out of my clinician budget.
