Look around inventories at schools and what has stood the test of time. Yamaha and King are the two that have held up decades in our inventory. Jupiter has come a long ways, but I’d still stick with them. Back order levels suck, but Yamaha is by and large the most consistent instruments you will find. |
Kings aren’t the tanks they used to be, but they’re still way better than the other brands you mentioned.
For a major purchase like you are talking - buy quality - it’ll last 20+ years easily (if not 30-50) and be way better than the ship visits many of the others will need plus being limited on fixability. (Yes I know they have warranties, but honestly every time I’ve ever heard that it really has been ‘too good to be true’)
