I know the 45 rule but how can I work things out. Situation is job opens and interviews start after this time line. How could I get out of my present job and have already started summer rehearsals. Please help

Call a lawyer. This is not legal advice.
A district can’t prevent you from resigning. We are in an at-will state. What they CAN do is withhold your certificate for one calendar year. You have to convince them to release you with no penalty. That’s up to your campus principal, district HR, and superintendent.
