Why is the Standing Committee on Athletics the one to authorize the staff to study the proposal to hold state marching contest every year?

and it says that it would be overseen by athletics there also.

There is a typo listing as the Athletic Committee. My source tells me the report is from the Music Committee.

I'm pretty sure that was just a typo...it was under the heading for Standing Committee on Music and on their agenda.
