Concert Marches

I'm looking for a great concert march. More of an untraditional sounding march (Grade 3). Ready, set, go!

The Honored Dead by Sousa
Ballad of the Green Berets (esp. if you can get the kids to sing)
Paso dobles are always good
The James Reece Europe ragtime marches are awesome, but might be a bit too difficult

You mean Who's Who In Navy Blue by Sousa, not Ballad of the Green Berets, I think.

Regimental Honor by Moss. A wonderful non-traditional selection. Easy, but very exposed. I wish I had played it with my last HB.

You could do the March movement from Third Suite by Jager.

Take a look at the second movement of Symphonia Serena by Paul Hindemith. This is a paraphrase of a wind march by Beethoven. The movement is all winds. Some modification would need to be done to include the modern band instrumentation. At one time, the parts were available on rental. It was performed at UIL many years ago with good results.
