They are utterly unable to listen to me, as a customer. I asked to see a copy of their catalog so I could choose from it and design it. They "started the fundraiser" that day and sent three hundred catalogs, and then kept calling back to see how the fundraiser was doing. |
All I asked for was a proof copy.
This happened with them MORE THAN ONCE. I tried once about six years ago, and gave them another chance two years later because our athletics teams "had a good experience" doing it.
They also keep emailing and calling back in spite of me saying "I will never do business with your company" directly to their rep and their rep's manager. At this point, their emails are auto-reported as spam, trashed, and then deleted from trash due to Outlook scripts.
Buyer beware. Maybe my experience isn't in the norm for FanCloth, but this is my experience.
