Anyone have any experience with them? Thoughts?

We were using them for a planned trip to Washington DC last year, which unfortunately didn't happen.
They are very professional and organized. They gave us several options and worked well with us. After we were forced to cancel, they even waived the normal cancellation fees to help us out.
