Electronically Distributing and Collecting Forms

Hi everyone,

We are trying to find a way to distribute and collect our beginning of the year paperwork electronically. Do any of you have any tips or tricks?

Our district uses the Google Suite, but using sites and drive, etc. doesn't lend well to fillable PDF files.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!

The kami extension works really well. Adobe also has fill and sign but I know some IT departments block it for some reason.
If you use charms, you can submit forms through there as well.
I have seen some teachers basically upload an image in Slides and add text boxes for people to fill in but that is probably not very user friendly.

Consider using KamiAPP. It allows for text boxes to be placed on PDF templates, and the kids can export it directly to you as a "filled" PDF. Free for the kids, $99 for a director for 150 students.
