Are you pushing your set up together for contest? Are you going to be spread as much as you can?

close - don't have much option with room size

We're fortunate enough to be able to have judges come to us for our contest. We have a stage with an extension to a room next door that with our small numbers means we can keep appropriate distancing. This is one of the issues I see going to another school's facilities being a big problem this year. The ability to sit around and play with things and figuring out both safety and acoustics this year in a consistent space is a major concern.
I would avoid crunching in for a performance if you can. The distancing, at least in our situation, has an effect on who would need to quarantine if a kid comes down with COVID. The numbers are dropping... and I hope that continues, but it's not improbable that cases will rise in April again with Spring Breaks impacting things.

Appropriately spaced apart and strategic in seating as it fits with the program. Same spacing in rehearsal and on stage.
