Does anyone happen to have the Foundations for Superior Performance (Blue Book) Scales / Mini Scales / Scale Patterns scanned in that they would be willing to share?

Luke Mcmillan sent out a 'technique workout 2021' this past week and it has most of the scales with patterns included. I wrote a snare part that is very similar to the blue book studies to go with it for the scales. You might want to hit him up for a copy.
