Copy rights and concerts

How, other than obtaining a one time use URL can you do a virtual holiday concert without breaking copy right law. I know about contacting publishers done that before just asking is there a way

Contact copyright holders as you have mentioned.

Of the 13 pieces I had to get permission for across 5 performing ensembles I only had to pay for one tune, for a grand total of $20 and will have the rights to post for 30 days for all of them.

You've listed the way. Contact publishers and rights holders and get their permission to stream the concert.
