You could be symptom-free for up to 14 days before you start showing - and you're shedding the virus the entire time. You could also test negative or inconclusive if the infection is very recent, too. If you've been exposed, a single negative test may be enough to come back to work, but you're best off getting tested twice about a week apart just in case. |
I guess it's time to talk to the two or three teachers on staff with band experience to see if they're willing to step in. That may be our best bet, given that a community member wouldn't be allowed to ride buses or be responsible for the kids.
