SmartMusic Troubles - Any help is appreciated, because SmartMusic won't

I am reaching wits end with SmartMusic. I have submitted support request tickets for the last couple of weeks and received no help. If anyone can help me out, or have a support phone number to them that actually works, please let me know. |
I purchased a subscription for myself and my students. They have received payment, and I went through the steps in the activation email. My account is still not registering that I have a paid subscription, though, and can still only assign free materials to my students.
Trying to upload an Music XML (compressed or uncompressed) file freezes at 5%, so I can't upload our fight song, alma mater, SSB, etc.
Students are not receiving activation emails.
