Throw away things that don't bring joy! I recently cleaned out my band hall and I've discovered most schools don't throw away garbage. There are screws and attachments and random papers that haven't been used in years and are kept "just in case." "Just in case" rarely comes and if it did, it's replaceable.
Clean out every drawer and cabinet you can find.
