How to word Lesson Scholarship requests in Google Form?

I am making a lesson sign up sheet in google forms to send out to parents. One of my questions has parents know they understand lessons are 20/week paid to the lesson teacher. However we do provide scholarships(usually 50% sometimes 100%) to kids and I want to present that in a way where parents know we are willing to work with them, but I don't want them thinking it's just a discount program that is just handed out to everyone. |
I also don't want parents not signing kids up for lessons because they can't make $20 a lesson work.
What is a way I can word it so they can select the option that works for them?
