Exercise and snacking are both at all-time highs. How has quarantine affected you?

I needed “neither” in the poll. Like I always do when I’m off for an amount of time, I run 4 to 5 miles every day. It’s kind of maintained the status quo. Previous Message Poll

I made it a point to take better care of myself while at home. Can;t pour from an empty cup and all that. I most a mile once or twice a day most days. I do strength training twice a week. I accidentally discovered that if I put breafast off until about 10 and put lunch off until after 1 that I am not as hungry or snack during the day. The freedom of the online schedule means I can make this work right now. I'm also dusting off my dreams of working with teachers to help them preserve their own health by teaching better nutrition and activity habits. We sacrfice so much of ourselves at the altar of teaching - we really ought to hang on to our health. Previous Message Poll
