Due to vendor stuff and the time it takes to pay people especially, we run everything through boosters and they should be a 501 (c) 3. |
Our district is now mandating that anything we buy through activity fund is done through a vendor. In the past, it was just make a PO and the check goes out after we get an invoice. So now we cannot do a reimbursement for ourselves in case we need to hit the music store and get some valve oil or other supplies.
So here's my question: how many of you ONLY push money through the booster program? Does it work well? If so, are you able to keep your 501(c)3?
