I might not have been paying attention when I was supposed to. Or, maybe I deleted an email without reading it all the way through.
But -
I have a kid who just moved in and their parent is asking about completing a Parent 8-Hour UIL Acknowledgement (Agreement?) Form. They completed all our paperwork/forms and turned in the physical.
What form am I missing? Do I need to panic and run to the copier or do districts do this on their own sometimes?
