I'm looking for ideas on how to engage my leadership team all year long. We do a clinic/workshop before summer band starts, but I'd like to make being a band officer more enriching and engaging throughout the year. I do solicit their opinions on certain decisions here and there, but it's not substantial in my opinion. Do y'all do leadership meetings throughout the year? Any other ideas?

I'm somewhat familiar with Lautzenheizer's leadership workbook. Should I dig deeper into that?
