I work for the state now and get a 10% raise every time I promote, which is possible after 1 year the first 3 years, then 18 months after that. Oh, and I'm on year 2 and only go into the office 5 days of 10, and only work 9 of those days. The other days I telework, my schedule can he flexed. I took a week vacation in January and I'm taking another next week. Trainings are fully paid, about $1,200 reimbursement for hotel, gas, meals and I go on 2-3 a year.
