It's not as easy as some are making it out to be. There are lots of entrances on beat 4s. The rit and cesura are pretty straight forward. Trumpets will have the melody on their own for a section of the piece. The low brass will also get the melody for a phrase but then it immediately transfers back to upper-winds.

There's a section where about half the band plays with minimal percussion. They will still have rhythmic patterns including dotted quarter-eighths. It's important they don't freak out with the lack of percussion and stay together in that section.

It's all in E-flat and I don't recall any accidentals. It has a lot going on. Very nice range, but very busy, including tons of dynamics contrasts.

Snare has various 16th rhythm patterns so just make sure you put your best snare player.
