Yes, as the person said below, they are probably more accurate, but I would be willing to bet that the number of people using a strobe tuner in their band hall is a much smaller percentage now than it would be worth having it in the UIL warm-up room.

A harmony director seems like a much more frequently used tool now than strobe tuners. I wouldn't put that requirement on a host though.
