The artifacts in place of apostrophes are a hard tell for me.

Human-written work is usually proofread and these are taken out or corrected. In this case, it tells me that they were copied and pasted from something, since generally people don't type symbols on their keyboard that their computer can't display - but AI can and does frequently. (See: emdash)

If this isn't the case, well, great for the OP - but on *far* too many message boards I frequent I see many posts that are AI generated to create engagement or in some cases to train the AI on whatever the topic of the board is.
