Tuning for wind instruments is great!
I also learned a lot from Intelligent Music Teaching by Robert Duke. In fact, any research material by him is a really good read.
Rehearsing the Band by John Williamson is *mostly* good. There is a new version but I have not had a chance to read it yet.
