From Conductor's L to R:
Front Row: 4 Flutes, 8 Clarinets
2nd Row: 4 Flutes, 7 altos, 2 tenors, 2 bass cl., bari sax
3rd Row: 11 Trumpets
4th Row: 7 euphoniums, 2 tubas
I'm going to assume you'll use some of the euphoniums to cover trombone parts.
